3.1 SHIPPING: Orders are processed and fulfilled by Printful. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the shipping destination, method selected, and product type. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
3.2 DELAYS: We are not responsible for delays caused by Printful, shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, or government regulations.
3.3 LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at Support@TitsRCool.com within 15 days of the estimated delivery or delivery date. We will work with Printful to resolve the issue, subject to their policies.
3.4 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

4.1 RETURN POLICY: Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are final unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our or Printful’s error. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
4.2 DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 15 days after delivery. We will coordinate with Printful to provide a replacement or refund, subject to their policies.
