Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tits R Cool! We partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand service, to create and deliver high-quality, custom-made clothing to you. Below are the details of our shipping process to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are custom-made on demand. Once you place an order, it typically takes 2–7 business days for Printful to produce your items. This processing time may vary depending on the product, order volume, and seasonal demand. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped to the address you provided.

2. Shipping Rates & Times

SHIPPING RATES: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. We offer standard and express shipping options where available. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING TIMES: After processing, shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Below are estimated shipping times (in business days) for standard shipping:  

USA: 3–10 business days  

CANADA: 5–10 business days  

EUROPE: 5–15 business days  

AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND: 10–20 business days  

REST OF THE WORLD: 10–30 business days  

NOTE: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or carrier issues).

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide! For international orders, please note:  

– Delivery times vary by country and may take longer due to customs processing.  

– Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost or product price.  

– Some remote areas may have longer delivery times or additional surcharges, which will be communicated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this to monitor your package’s progress. Note that tracking may not be available for some international destinations.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at Nippsy@TitsRCool.com, and we’ll do our best to assist before the order is processed.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:  

LOST ORDERS: Contact us at Nippsy@TitsRCool.com within 15 days after your order’s estimated delivery date. We’ll work with Printful and the carrier to resolve the issue.  

DAMAGED ORDERS: Please notify us within 15 days after delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on production schedules or facility locations. You’ll receive tracking information for each package.

8. Important Notes

– Shipping times exclude weekends, holidays, and processing time.  

– We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).  

– During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing and shipping times may be longer.
